Project
The new city of Yennenga is a project developed by CGE Immobilier to provide a mixed, dense, and eco-responsible city for approximately 80,000 residents, located about fifteen kilometers south of the capital, Ouagadougou.
The consortium, composed of architects from ARCADE, Beckmann-N’Thépé, Hardel Le Bihan, and Coldefy and Associates, gathered under the Architecture-Studio agency, won the international competition launched by CGE Immobilier in 2016 for the core city studies. B4 Design & Engineering is responsible for urban engineering studies.
