Project
The Thilawa Special Economic Zone project includes the development of commercial, residential, and industrial areas. Thilawa SEZ Zone B is the industrial component of this zone. The project involves the construction of a mixed-use area comprising logistics, manufacturing facilities, and a residential and commercial hub.
Scope of Reflection
2400 ha with a focus on Zone B, which covers an area of 434 ha.
