Project
As part of the development of the city of Mandalay, MANDALAY BUSINESS CAPITAL CITY DEVELOPMENT commissioned the architectural firm Spiral and B4 Design & Engineering to study a new city concept and provide technical assistance during the project’s approval phase by the authorities. The project covers an area of 20,900 hectares located south of Mandalay, along the Irrawaddy River, and offers a diverse range of options on 1,650 hectares, including housing, tertiary activities, industries, and public facilities.
