Project
The Idex/Egis consortium is designing and implementing, on behalf of the Public Development Authority of Paris-Saclay, an innovative heating and cooling network powered by geothermal wells. This project is part of a CREM (Conception-Realization-Operation-Maintenance) type contract and covers the two centralized installations as well as the networks.
Scope of Reflection
Public space infrastructure (VRD) and connection to new buildings.

Technical assistance during the competition phase for the design of infrastructure and cost estimation of works:
- Grading and earthworks
- Utility networks
- Stormwater management (integrated alternative techniques in the urban park)
